Great post Kevin... I personally have taken a lot of interest in honing my coaching skills over the past few weeks. There is nothing groundbreaking here, but the presentation is beautiful. Thank you for an insightful and helpful article. I think the key for me in this post was accountability. I think I still hold too much ownership and need to do a better job of transferring ownership and holding people accountable to their goals. It is sometimes very difficult for me to watch people not being successful and I need to remember that all I can do is provide the tools. It is up to them to implement them and ultimately determine their own success.

Again, great post Kevin!

Well put, "When someone believes in you and your abilities, you can tell can’t you? Of course you can. And when people believe in you, you tend to work harder and perform better don’t you? (You know the answer to this too.)"
