		<description><![CDATA[I couldn&#039;t locate the survey.. It makes sense after researching and seeing the blog post be 2 years old.  One thing I would have liked to comment on is the need for sales commission statements.  When companies don&#039;t have detailed statements (itemizing each sale and commission cash flow) I am forced to keep my own records.  This increases non-selling time across the board.

I ended up suggesting my company start using a free &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.oneclickcommissions.com/sales.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;commission reporting tool&lt;/a&gt; which I found online.  Now I spend more time selling and even get to squeeze another round in during the warmer months!]]></description>
