		<description><![CDATA[Randy: You hit the nail on the head with this blog! Personal and professional integrity (Character) are key to being a successful Sales Professional year over year. I was very fortunate not only to have exposure to the Sales profession at a early age but from folks that fall on both sides of the fence. As I watched the Salesman destroy their integrity and eventually never come around again (many times asked not to come back) I would ask what happened to Mr. / Mrs. X? It wasn&#039;t later in life that I realized why the true Sales Professionals came by week after week and year after year for many years. INTEGRITY (Character).
