 Just as you prove in your post, just because you&#039;re good at something doesn&#039;t make you good at managing others in doing the same thing. Getting promoted based on being good in your career shouldn&#039;t mean that you take on an entirely new role without showing the skills necessary for the role. There definitely needs to be more evaluating, transitioning, and training involved.]]></description>

I would definitely prescribe a Time Management course as well as a gym membership or some other outlet that will help fight the fatigue as well as allow him or her to set reasonable goals in some other areas of that person&#039;s life.]]></description>
