This is an excellent metaphor. Thank you for the tips. 

I think your point stating &quot;Great managers don&#039;t panic&quot; is the most accurate. Its so essential to have a manager that is level headed and can keep their eyes focused on the end goal (like the end of the game that you referred to), rather than getting caught up in distractions or petty issues that take away from leading the team to success. Thanks again for the metaphor.
